Interval - Baseline

SC/Relay - 4 x 800m Sprint Intervals with 3 Min. rest between rounds
LC/Solo - 6 x 800m Sprint Intervals with 3 Min. rest between rounds

All times should be within a 10 Second range of each other.

  2. As Erin A can attest, the way out was downhill and with the wind making the 400 meters back significantly more difficult! Nice change of scenery, though!

    3:27, 3:36, 3:42, 3:43

    This distance on the rower is absolutely awful. Wanted to quit after the second round. Glad I did it and that it's over!

    Did this around a 400m block near my place. The turns were tough but the weather was great.
