Warm Up - DRILLS!
20 Min. AMRAP (As many rounds as possible)
Garage Runs = ~ 200m
Instructions: Start at the bottom of the ramp in the garage, run up and around all uprights returning to the top of the ramp. That's 1 lap. It's about 200m in length.
Run 1 lap, rest 30 seconds and repeat for 20 minutes. Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Make sure to include that ramp!!!
Post WOD:
10 strict pull ups
20 lunges (10 per leg)
30 push ups
40 sit ups
holy cow - that sounds like a good one. i'm out for tonight (and it's not because this is a running WOD - hahaha)
