AMRAP!

Fast Track Crew getting after Death by 10m! I think this is a pretty cool pick of the "Lean."

Thursday, November 18th

Warm Up - DRILLS!

20 Min. AMRAP (As many rounds as possible)

Garage Runs = ~ 200m

Instructions: Start at the bottom of the ramp in the garage, run up and around all uprights returning to the top of the ramp. That's 1 lap. It's about 200m in length.

Run 1 lap, rest 30 seconds and repeat for 20 minutes. Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Make sure to include that ramp!!!

Post WOD:
10 strict pull ups
20 lunges (10 per leg)
30 push ups
40 sit ups

    are we having class next week? i'm not sure if i'm going home tues or wednesday yet.

    We will probably be having class just on Tuesday next week. Obviously we'll all be enjoying some Turkey next week with our Families on Thursday!!
