If you have not completed your 2k row baseline, you will be doing that tonight. If you have already completed the TT yesterday, we will be taking you through another workout.

ReplyDeleteDid the Tuesday workout this afternoon, since I couldn't make it. Didn't quite follow the directions quite well because I thought the intensity meant to up the SPM. Regardless, I learned that too much speed can sacrifice powerful strokes, screws your breathing pattern, and overall rhythm. Coaches: So it it best to keep your strokes efficient, powerful, and constant?
