Optional Interval Work

C2 - 3 x 2: 1
3 Rounds, 2 minutes per round, 1 minute rest in between. Stroke rate should stay in 26-28 range.
Those of you looking for a treadmill:
Run - 4 x 400m rest 1 minute between intervals
400m = .25 miles on the treadmill!!!

    This morning I did:

    C2 - 30:20 x 8 AOE

    Although I didn't go all out entirely, it was still a good one. A little over 1200m.
