2 - 1 Mile Runs - 3 Minute Rest Between Runs Emphasis is on tempo and pacing. We're looking for 85-90% efforts and to have the two run times be as close to each other as possible.
Didn't feel like I went to hard out the gate to start just felt dehydrated. Also, couldn't get right foot to relax, stayed flexed for much of the run and crampy towards the end.
Anthony the mile route covers a portion of our 5k route. Start at our door on Willow, south on Elston, east on North, north on Kingsbury and then when you hit the normal turnaround point on Kingsbury at Wisonsin, you make that right onto Wisconsin until you hit Marcey which is the next block. Hang out there for three minutes and then come on back.
hahaha! nice start to the blog... I love it!
