Tried to run again yesterday. Hamstring still says no. Got a massage, which I hope will help. Today I tried the CFE workout on the rower. 9x:60:60. 236/232/231/231/231/230/230/229/229. Idea was to keep the distance the same, so I fouled: 2 minutes max push-ups (52). Rowing not painful while I was doing it, but hamstring/glute burning now.
Wish I could join you guys but Jess and I (and maybe a buddy) are going to be using our functional fitness to move our stuff into our new place.
