Abbey after improvising her own 10 miler since the Waterfall Glen race was canceled.

Interval Day

10 x 30sec. intervals on C2 Rower
All out effort with 2 Min. rest between sets.

  2. Flavor Flav... I can look it up. The park is on devon/caldwell/peterson. Its GREAT

    Ran 6.3 this AM paced out at 7:30's...doing the CF WOD at 6pm

    Nice job to the rowers tonight. Loved having The Judge join us this evening!

  4. Nice job on the rows guys. Ran 23 minutes yesterday, probably around a 5k or a little longer. Took a few breaks to grab water and stretch a tight back. Does anyone have any stretches they do to alleviate lower back pain? I usually get it when I run the day after back squats / deadlifts, so that's probably the problem.

    Abbey, nice work on doing a run after the cancellation--looks like you were more EXTREME than the race haha!
