Longest Workout Before Urbanathlon
Any plans for the Sat/Sun run? Post FGB... or Sunday? Just curious, as I'll probably be missing my teams AM run to do FGB and would rather run distance with people!
ReplyDeleteJohn 7 miles might be pushing it for me but let's stay in touch. If I'm feeling alright Sunday, this may be a good run for me to get back on the horse.
