Tempo

Cover as much distance as possible in:
SC/Relay - 12 Min.
LC/Solo - 20 Min.
The idea is to maintain good form and keep a steady pace
throughout the run.

  1. If this weather remains rather preventative, are we advised to sub a row WOD? Find a treadmill? Postpone until tomorrow?

    Also, everyone should go to the CFC site and read Coach Mike Harris' article on shoe selection. Great read, thanks for posting, Michael.

  2. Hey dudes, is anyone interested in running for 12 minutes with me this evening? I am probably heading to the 7 PM class and was going to work on strict muscle ups for awhile, then do the 12 minutes for distance after. Let me know!

  5. I was the ONLY person at the 6pm Endurance class tonight!! So I ended up just working out... you guys can make up the run at any time.

    Donna - definitely do this on the rower as well. Go for a solid 12 minutes covering as much distance as possible.
