Tempo
Cover as much distance as possible in:
SC/Relay - 12 Min.
LC/Solo - 20 Min.
The idea is to maintain good form and keep a steady pace
throughout the run.
Post time and comments.
If this weather remains rather preventative, are we advised to sub a row WOD? Find a treadmill? Postpone until tomorrow?
ReplyDeleteAlso, everyone should go to the CFC site and read Coach Mike Harris' article on shoe selection. Great read, thanks for posting, Michael.
Hey dudes, is anyone interested in running for 12 minutes with me this evening? I am probably heading to the 7 PM class and was going to work on strict muscle ups for awhile, then do the 12 minutes for distance after. Let me know!
ReplyDeleteI would also like to hear the opinion of row vs run. I think I need to stay off running until my foot is 100% :(
ReplyDeleteUgh, going to be a LATE night at the office, so I guess I'm going to be running at home if I ever get out of here.
ReplyDeleteI was the ONLY person at the 6pm Endurance class tonight!! So I ended up just working out... you guys can make up the run at any time.
ReplyDeleteDonna - definitely do this on the rower as well. Go for a solid 12 minutes covering as much distance as possible.
Good luck on your 10K today, E-Diesel!
