Rainy Day? Still good for a Run!

Interval SC/Relay - 2 x 1 mi - 5 Min. rest period between rounds but you must complete UES after every round.


LC/Solo - 3 x 1.5 Mi. - 5 Min. rest period between rounds but you must complete UES after every round.

  1. Taper week has begun. 60 minute easy run. Covered around 6 miles. Last long run before the big one next Saturday.

  2. Did the rainy Lung Run 10K on Saturday. Legs were pretty cashed from previous day's workout, so didn't go all out, but was definitely tired by the end! Ran around a 1:08.
