Rollin' Deep

Interval

Run: 10x 30sec Sprints, All out efforts. 2 minute rest between rounds.

  1. At first I was like, eh? I'll only rest 1 min between rounds and get this WOD over with ASAP. Then it started. Two minutes felt SHORT! I think I miscounted (typical) and did 11 rounds. I was doing this on a track and saw the later rounds lack the same distance of the earlier rounds, so consistency throughout wasn't there, and that's generally a strong point for me.

  2. Billy this was a good one done at the box's parking garage. Athletes started at the bottom of the ramp and then made their way up and around the garage. The incline at the beggining certainly changed the dynamic of the sprint. John A. and Holly did really well.
