  7. That was fun until about the last 5 minutes... I should seriously put a towel over the monitor the next time we do a long one.

    I think my final distance was 3130m. Erin, can you cofirm for me I didn't write it down as usual.

  9. Did the CFCE C2 WOD with SCooks:

    12min on for meters
    2917m

    I'm usually at a 1:57-2:01 pace at 22-24 s/m, but wanted to try for a higher s/m with a similar result. Goal was to stay on a 2:02 pace at 26 s/m and sprint at the end to get over 3k, but could only stick to a 2:05 at 26 s/m and couldn't catch up during the last minute.

    s/m mostly in the 26-28 range; last 2 minutes pushed to 30-34. Still not getting enough power out of my legs, but my return feels smoother.
