3+ Hours After CFE Strength & Conditioning WOD
Choose ONE of the Following Sports:
Run, Bike, C2
3 x 4 then 4 x 1
3 Rounds - 4 minutes per round followed by 4 rounds - 1 minute per round
Rest 2 minutes between the 3x4 and 4x1
Track Distance covered
ATTENTION:
If you have not filled out your CIRC information by Friday you will not be competing. We need all athletes to fill out the very short registration form in order for us to send in the information.
Same thing for challengers competing just at CFC

    oh and I found this race that sounded cool. Don't think it would work this year b/c I believe it is the weekend after the Chicago half, but I think it would be a fun team event to think about in the future.

    Did this WOD after doing the CFC Wednesday WOD at the noon class. Discovered that 5 hours rest between WODs is not enough for this old body. But after collapsing mentally during the noon class, managed to keep it together to finish this one.

  9. Had a great time working out with everyone last night. Solid class Erin.

    I'm getting really excited for the CIRC. We're going to have a great showing!

    Jenny I like the Ragnar idea. I was actually running on a trail in Madison last summer when this event was just getting started. Looked like a lot of fun. Might be tough this year but the ultra option (6 people) is enticing for next year.

    Are there going to be t-shirts for the CIRC? Would either one of you mind getting one for me? I'll see you before I leave for London so I can give you money.

    I am actually really bummed about not being able to participate and be there to support everyone. It would've been my first official competition!! :o(

  13. Jean I will be contacting the CIRC organizers to get information on the schedule. I have been checking their site but haven't seen anything yet.

    Once the schedule is clear we'll put together a plan for those who would like to carpool.
