Swim Bike Run or C2

10x1:1

10 Rounds, 1:00 minute intervals @ 90% RPE, 1:00 Rest between rounds

Please bring a stop watch if you have one.

  1. I'm planning on coming in for this one tonight! Side note...I ran the 1 mile today in 6:18! The POSE method felt real good for the most part...broke down a bit at the end when I was getting tired. My limited endurance classes are already paying off :)

  2. Nice work, Ryan! That is absolutely excellent. Don't worry, as with most things POSE comes with practice, practice, practice; the more you do it, the easier it is to adhere during long runs. 5:50 is in your immediate future, I'm certain of it... just do what coach Harris tells you!

    Happy to keep all over 300m rounds 6-8 were brutal.

    Happy that I was able to stay pretty consistent with this workout. I have to say that starting it, I really didn't think I had it in me. Thanks to Erin and Ryan for pushing me the entire time.
