I'm planning on coming in for this one tonight! Side note...I ran the 1 mile today in 6:18! The POSE method felt real good for the most part...broke down a bit at the end when I was getting tired. My limited endurance classes are already paying off :)
Nice work, Ryan! That is absolutely excellent. Don't worry, as with most things POSE comes with practice, practice, practice; the more you do it, the easier it is to adhere during long runs. 5:50 is in your immediate future, I'm certain of it... just do what coach Harris tells you!
Happy that I was able to stay pretty consistent with this workout. I have to say that starting it, I really didn't think I had it in me. Thanks to Erin and Ryan for pushing me the entire time.
