1 minute ladder:
1 minute on, 1 minute off, 1 minute on, 50 seconds off, 1 minute on, 40 seconds off, 1 minute on, 30 seconds off, 1 minute on, 20 seconds off, 1 minute on, 10 seconds off... and back up the ladder. Track distance covered throughout.
I will be in for this one. I had a horrible 6AM workout and need some redemption!
ReplyDeleteQuestion...when you come back up the ladder do you just do 2 with 10 sec off in a row or go directly back to 20 sec? I'm going to try and get this one in at my hotel tonight.

I did this in the pool today...
ReplyDeleteKind of hard to keep the active part for a minute since you may get stuck in the middle of the lane so I did 75m then 50 sec off...
Kept it pretty consitant through out (about 1:10 per 75m) so total distance covered = 675m

I really liked this one..the way back up the ladder felt good. As the workout went on, you really start to appreciate the longer breaks.
