250m Row Sprint (200m Run)
10 Push Ups

  1. I wanted to get in a quick endurance WOD and I found this one!

    Total time was 11:02
    1) 1:17
    2) 1:21
    3) 1:24
    4) 1:32
    5) 1:28

    I had to break on the push ups 5-5 because my quads were getting so tight from the row. This was quick and fun
