OFF-SITE WOD TOMORROW 7/13/2010 @ 7pm
Chicago Avenue and Lake Shore Drive right by the Museum of Contemporary Art. There is a lovely track facing the lake that we will be running on.
Interval Work:
SC (Short Course) - 3 x 800m
LC (Long Course) - 5 x 800m
We're leaving this one up to you. Those of you training for longer distance races may want to stick with the LC. Those of you looking for a shorter interval distance, SC will be good for you. Either way, come ready for our second to last wod for the first Endurance class. We'll have a cooler with a few beers as well to celebrate a successful first run. Please bring comments, feedback, and we only accept good feedback so you nay sayers keep it to yourself. Ha jk! See you all tomorrow!!!
First of all... shout out to Rudy, our fearless leader, it's his 42nd birthday tomorrow... haha jk... it's his bday tomorrow so figured we would add a little pic of him showing off for the camera.
Also, anyone interested in getting a CrossFit Chicago Endurance team together for the Chicago Triathlon. I know many of you, Alison, have shown interest in wanting to complete a tri and I think we should continue on our team success after our kick ass showing at the Bastille Day 5k.
I'm still debating Olympic or Sprint. I would like to get an idea of how many people would be interested. Shoot me an email or post to the blog... erin@crossfitchicago.com.

ReplyDeleteHaha, looks like I got called out. Yes, I do want to attempt a Tri. Probably a sprint for my 1st time. I'll also need to buy a bike and learn how to bike ride...:-)
