Interval Workout

2x5Min./5x1Min.

2x5 min. Intervals with 2 min. rest between Intervals
Next Interval scheme starts after 2 min. Rest
5x1 min. Intervals w/ 30 sec. rest between each.

    Billy you're right this was an interesting one. You get comfortable with recovering for 2 min and then it all changes and 30 sec. feels like nothing.
