Intervals - Baseline
All Athletes - 4 x 400m Sprints - 2 Min. Rest Between Rounds
Should hold times within a range of 5 seconds.

This is another "Baseline" workout so do whatever you can to get this one in. We'll be tracking these types of workouts closely so we can measure your progress.

If you haven't entered your 5k time from last week yet please do so on the Thursday, August 26 blog post.

    4x400m: 1:40, 1:40, 1:42, 1:39

    I am surprised and happy that I stayed within 5 seconds! Got a little lazy in the third round when I slowed down at the turnaround!
    Foot feels about the same as yesterday night.

  3. I did this one without knowing an exact 400 meter course, so I improvised using previous baseline data in order to get some work in. I ran 1:20 x 4 and kept track of my distance. Splits were essentially all the same save for a step or two. Did not want to modify, however wanted to get the work in regardless.
