Is anyone coming tonight? If not, do this one on your own!!! From down south, Mike H. suggested this WOD for tonight:
Choose ONE of the following sports:
Swim: 1000m/y total: at 85% for first 500m/y then pick it up to 95% on the last 500m/y
Bike: 20 miles total: at 85% for first 10 miles then pick it up to 95% on the last 10 miles
Run: 10k total: at 85% for first 5k then pick it up to 95% on the last 5k
C2: 3000m total: at 85% first 1500m recover 1min, then 95% for second 1500m
Get After it!!!
Did that say run a 10k at 85%? It would take me 100% to get through a 10k. You endurance folks are mad!

ReplyDeleteI only had a short time window so I did the CFE favorite of 12% grade, 10 mph Tabata on the treadmill. After the full 8 rounds I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to catch my breathe. Great workout, very sneaky.
That's a heel strike all the way, Harris. And look at that trailer leg; it's touching Mississippi (assuming he's in Alabama).
