Tempo
Short Course 2 x 1Mi. at 85-90% w/ 2 Min. Rest Between Rounds
Long Course 4 x 1 Mi. at 85-90% w/ 2 Min. Rest Between Rounds
The idea here is to keep your runs at a steady pace while trying to stay as efficient as possible throughout. Times should be very close together on all of your runs.

ReplyDeleteI think so? So long as I don't blow myself out the way I did the last time we ran in 100+ degree heat. Remember the long course / 20 min max output run? Oouf.
