We are looking to compare times for each round. Time should not deviate more than 1 minute.
Please let Mike or I know if you will be joining us tomorrow for the workout. We would like to start getting a head count beforehand so we can prepare.

    Anyone that wants to make it up this weekend as well, I'll probably do this on Sunday if I don't join the class today.

    Also, dress nice and warm, it's chilly today!!! Our 400m runs will still be down the stairs and outside.

  5. Did last Thursday's this evening:

    1500m @ 85% w/ 1 min rest then 1500m @ 95%

    1st 1500: 5:51.7
    2nd 1500: 5:47.3

    I don't know what's up with the second set... was really dragging hard the first 750 or so, then just picked it up hard. Should have gone faster. The 1min rest was a total tease!

  8. I think we'll need to play around with the rest and deviation next time but was definitely tougher than I thought it was going to be.
