due to my work schedule, easier for me to get to WL in time to for the 6p class there. JohnA and I are going to tackle this beast...if he doesnt die from sickness first.
I think I'm coming down with a little cold, so we'll see how I feel later. The plan is to come in to work on my clean & jerk and snatch then to get the 5K row in...just not sure if I'll be joining the class at 6 or not.
paced too much between 3000 and 1500m left. tried to do ten strong pulls every 500m. legs were shot, yet was not terribly winded. might need to get stronger in the legs if i want sub-20.

Going to try to get this in this weekend - wanted to do it yesterday but ran out of time.
