Great Outdoors

3+ Hours After Strength & Conditioning WOD

Choose ONE of the Following Sports:

Swim, Bike, Run, C2

SC - 2 x 10 minutes @ 90%

LC - 2 x 15 minutes @ 90%

Track maximum distance covered for both intervals

Weather permitting, we may be outside for this one so bring your outdoor gear!

    Also could I request another video critique on my running form? I went running over the weekend attempting the pose and ended up with knee pain. Still had the shin split issue but more concerned with the knee pain. want to make sure Im not doing something wrong. Thanks...

  2. Joshua I usually bring my camera with me to class so the next time you're there and we're outside I'll take some video. This past Tuesday I did this with Greg and Ryan, I think it was pretty useful for them.

  3. I did this one on saturday. I got 1.84 miles in on both 15min runs. Really had to dig deep to want to get the same distance on the second one. Feels good to be back outside again and the POSE method is becoming a bit more natural.
