  3. Mike H and Erin,
Who else is doing the Warrior Dash? I believe Emi, Carlo and I are. Not sure about John Kiefer - but I think so.
I emailed Jonny if he thought it might be possible to get CF endurance t-shirts in camo or army green for the race. Tough Mudder would be another cool one to wear them at. (I think :o) What do the endurance peeps think? I realize there's cost involved, etc. Maybe if we had enough people interested in them we can order? Just a thought!

  4. @Joshua - SC = Short Course, LC = Long Course and TT = Time Trial
So if you're training for an event that is approx. 10k or less the SC is more probably best. Anything beyond that, the LC is better suited for you.

@Alison - We'll ask around and see what the level of interest is. We've also been talking about getting some shirts made of a DriFit type material for races.

Just got back from the pool
Tosh - 3 Rounds of 50yds, rest, 100yds, rest, 200yds, rest (rest periods as long as you worked.)
Steady throughout and averaged just under 1 min., 2 min. and 4 min. for the respective distances. I've got a lot of work to do in the water...

  5. You need work in the water Mike? Hah! I barely made it through one round of Tosh and was out. Lots of breaks. Forgot what a long stretch out of the water will do to you... back at it.

  6. Ugh, those shoes experienced a washing machine fail. Somehow they got caught up in there and the heels of each of the shoes were ruined. I'm thinking of taking them to the cobblers, though.

Looking forward to hitting the pool with you fellas soon.
