  1. Biked 14mi today as a recovery.

    PR'd on half marathon this past Sunday with 7:35 min/mi pace and a 1:39:18 finish time. Didn't know I had it in me--definitely giving CF some credit here as my speed is making such substantial jumps. High intensity FTW :)
