Two Part WOD

1. 10 Min. TT on C2 or AirDyne - track total distance covered. 100% Effort!

Rest 2 minutes

2. AMRAP Series
3 minutes Double Unders/Single Unders
2 minutes Air Squats
1 minute Burpees

Both parts are all out efforts.

Enjoy! One more day until the holidays begin... let's get a good workout in!

    exhausted and it shows, especially on squats.

  3. Hey everyone! Finally signed up for blog spot. I did this workout this morning and actually got my sister to do it with me.
