1. 10 Min. TT on C2 or AirDyne - track total distance covered. 100% Effort!
Rest 2 minutes
2. AMRAP Series
3 minutes Double Unders/Single Unders
2 minutes Air Squats
1 minute Burpees
Both parts are all out efforts.
