Happy New Year everyone!

TABATA - 20:10x8
1. Push Ups
2. C2 or Airdyne
3. Push Ups
4. c2 or Airdyne
This is meant to simulate a "brick." For those of you who ever plan on or have wanted to complete a triathlon/duathlon, this is a great type of endurance workout to incorporate the type of muscle confusion experienced during a transition (swim to bike, bike to run).
Enjoy! As always, please let us know if you'll be joining us tonight.

  2. Haha, Errrrggg it's cold out! Cold as wall balls! :)

Get it on that rower Jenny!

I have a date with some West Virginia basketball as they destroy Depaul tonight, so I plan on coming in at 5 to do this one...so, we do the 8 rounds of Pushups, then move on to 8 rounds on the C2/Airdyne, etc?

  3. Did this Erin designed workout this morning. All I can say is that it brings the pain.

You got it Gina, finish one movement (8 rounds) and move right on to the next.

Hope to see a good crowd tonight!

  4. Ha! How was it Mike? I also plan on tackling it either tonight or tomorrow at some point. I'm trying out a new double schedule.

    Should be a good one!

If you want or are able, count your push ups for all 8 rounds per set. Would be interesting to see where you all start and finish.

    Cheers!

I was being a little bit of a scrub on my rows because I was doing it alone...poor excuse, but it's tough going solo!
